Hailing from Greensboro, NC, Amos Quick has blazed a path into the realm of comedy for over eleven years, and is undoubtedly one of North Carolina's most hilarious comedians. Amos began his comedy in 1993, with an opening performance for Bernie Mac. Since then he has continued to captivate audiences with a style of comedy that is as refreshing as the content spoken.
Throughout his career, Amos Quick has hosted 18 comedy rooms, won 4 comedy competitions, performed in four foreign countries (Bahamas, Mexico, Jamaica, and Canada), was named Comedian of the Year for the state of North Carolina. Amos has had seven appearances on National Television, including five years on Comic View and ABC Night Line. Quick performed at more than 550 club venues throughout the United States, and has opened for the following major artists in entertainment: The Kings of Comedy, Bruce Bruce, Rickey Smiley, Chris Tucker, Jamie Foxx, B-Phlat, Rudy Ray Moore, K-Ci and JoJo, Brian McKnight, Patti Labelle, The O'Jays, Cocoa Brown, Frankie Beverly and Maze, LL Cool J, P.
